Hotel & Village

Toccacielo is a hotel tourist center that extends over an area of approximately 43,000 square meters in Nova Siri Marina, province of Matera, just 300 meters from the Ionian Sea and 800 meters from the town centre.

The site is appreciated for its notable environmental qualities: a lush eucalyptus forest laps its side along the south-east route for approximately 350 meters and a depth of approximately 220 metres, while, near the beach, a landscape opens up dominated by dunes on which the Mediterranean scrub grows uncontaminated.

Toccacielo Hotel Village is completely surrounded by greenery, located about three hundred meters from the private beach, equipped with every comfort and reachable through the pine forest with a relaxing walk. The architectural model of the complex was designed with particular reference to the local context and, more generally, to the Mediterranean one, so that it integrates with the surrounding landscape. The eurythmic sequence of "archivolted" and "architraved" voids, the slightly sloping pitched roof with the covering of clay tiles, the columns etc. they represent archetypes taken from tradition and re-interpreted in a modern key. All immersed in a pine forest of approximately 6,000 square meters equipped to experience moments of total relaxation in contact with the colors and scents of the Mediterranean scrub.

A HOTEL: 43 triple rooms and 31 double rooms

A TOURIST HOTEL RESIDENCE: 5 buildings with 84 accommodation units divided into different typologies (also for sale with the hotel timeshare formula).

The village is equipped with a 200 kWh photovoltaic system created thanks to the contribution of the Basilicata Region, ERDF operational program 2014 - 2020, Axis IV Energy - Action 4B.4.2.1, DGR Basilicata 777/2017.
